SkySong residential units will have cutting-edge style consistent with the technology-focused commercial buildings. The buildings will be uniquely recognizable as SkySong within a residential context fitting for the neighborhood and community; a blending of innovation plus technology with the southwest desert landscape.

The design features simple forms with deeply recessed windows, horizontal 'ledge' bands, and aluminum louvers to create a rhythm of building components. The fabric of the SkySong signature shade structure in the Plaza will be used at the corners and pedestrian entries to establish a visual and thematic connectivity. Color is utilized as an accent and unifying element with the color selection made to recall the vibrant hues found in desert blooming plants. Complemented by sandstone entry walls and corners, the overall affect is a synthesis of technology, sustainable responsiveness and abstract desert imagery.

SkySong residential features include:

Residential units will begin construction in 2008, with the completion scheduled for 2009. No reservations for leasing are available at this time.
